TGIF! I was having scary never before reactions to alcohol back in June of 2022. It was a high histamine response, and I have been trying to figure it out since. Things have gotten better because I’ve avoided alcohol since October. Missing my blue chees stuffed olive martini.

I was surprised it took me this long to have my first mocktail last weekend. It was so delicious it deserved its own song! Has anyone had any experience with high histamine, mast cell, etc.?
