I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life.

I was once a disbeliever myself, I didn’t think I could lose weight and keep it off as I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life. In 15 months, I lost over 160 lbs which in my opinion was easier then maintaining my goal weight these past 9 months.

I am realizing that I still need support to help keep my focus on living a healthy life style as it is way too easy to let old habits take over.

I want to thank GCE for giving me a place to post updates, read about others who also struggle with weight issues and for offering motivational challenges that help remind me what is important.
