GCE has been a game changer for me.

GCE has been a game changer for me. Since joining the group I have had more motivation and self confidence to continue my journey of being happy and healthier for my kid’s and most importantly for myself.  I have always struggled with my weight and self confidence.  Now in my 40’s I feel healthier than I have since I can remember.  No one brings negativity. We just all push each other to be better each and every day.
