I have changed my mindset!
The girl in the first photo although smiling was completely lost, unsure of herself and very unhealthy in her eating, movement and relational habits.
She put everyone else’s needs first and paid little attention to what would be best for herself and her body. She ate mindlessly, excused herself from all physical activity out of embarrassment and continued to sink into get all of her validation from being a helper.
Today, I have recalibrated to a place where I recognize I am worth investing in. I should love myself enough to have clear boundaries, healthy habits and pay attention to my instincts.
I have changed my mindset, changed my eating habits and my exercise to become fulfilling, empowering and enjoyable. I am now way better at supporting others because I am caring for myself.
